Roading/Streets
Reported Wednesday, 20 November 2019 at 4:49 pm, 36 Flavell Street, Heathcote Valley, Christchurch 8022, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
When exiting Flavell St onto Port Hills Rd in a small car, it is impossible to see traffic coming on the right because of the shrub near the corner. I have to have my vehicle half way into the lane too see the road. The shrub should either be replaced with a lower growing plant or pruned hard....because it will grow a lot after pruning and will need to be done again. Thank you
