Reported Thursday, 3 September 2026 at 9:18 pm, 4 Marina Access, Banks Peninsula, Lyttelton 8082, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
camper van has been parked in godley quay and at the rugby pitch the entire winter. rego FDL 166. they move it every 6 weeks or so. but effectively it's just been sitting at the side of the road. so in total there are 3 campers semi permanently parked up in this area the entire winter
