BURNING of PLASTIC rubbish in a drum at the back of the property. strong acrid smell drifting around the neighborhood with the wind, currently a southerly. have smelt this before but unable to locate source. Our neighbor at 8 Aldgate has a child at great risk with significant respiratory health issues.
