Roading/Streets
Reported Sunday, 24 November 2019 at 6:14 pm, 40, Major Hornbrook Road, Mount Pleasant, 8081, Canterbury.
The reporter’s words
Hi I have been clearing trees away from the power pole and noticed a considerable lean. The level app on my phone indicates 11deg from vertical. Corner of St. Andrews hill rd and major hornbrook. I assume it it a relic of the quakes but I’m not sure if it is a safe angle as there is only an earth bank below. Regards Dana Bradley 80 St. Andrews hill rd.
