Litter
Reported Wednesday, 9 September 2026 at 11:58 am, 352B Estuary Road, South New Brighton, Christchurch 8062, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
Is this a new Council, Cardboard Recycle Dump Zone???? as it now appears to be one ! what a bloody mess. What an eyesore this has become. Started out, fencing, then a few containers placed at one end, then piles of Cardboard, then nothing... now residents have to put up with this mess.Get whoever started this initiative to come and clean up, or pull it down and clear land. Its a disgrace, shame on whoever signed off on this debacle.
