These photos are all taken in Avonhead Park this morning. The dead cabbage tree is a real eyesore on the main drive in. Several seats have tree branches growing over them, are broken or like this one need a good clean. The large broken gum tree branch at the north end looks dangerous. I thought Elderberries were unwanted plants - several are now huge and in full flower, so will become a big problem when they drop seed. Over all the gardens and trees are poorly looked after, which is sad when it is such a lovely and well used park.
