Car in water squall tearing up grass. Suggest bollards and chain fencing in Merrilees Place. Mowed by your team once a week so access by them will be needed. Second time in two weeks. Neighbours now actively trying to get footage of car plate to notify police. But bollards and fencing are strong suggested by residence to this area
