This area which is right by the front berm has been flooded for years now. Enable damaged a pipe when installing fibre and won’t take responsibility. Ccc comes have also been left here for a very long time and haven’t been collected. Neighbour is very frustrated and has also tried contacting council, so has the tenant at this address. Can the council help repair and take the cones away?
