Street Gutters / Storm Water
Reported Friday, 11 September 2026 at 11:10 am, 46 Butterfield Avenue, Linwood, Christchurch 8062, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
The guttering along the street was recently patches up but the grate that covers the drain has fallen in. The hole is completely invisible coming from the way that any cyclists would be travelling in towards it during the day, not to mention at night. Someone will be killed.
