Facility - General Request
Reported Saturday, 12 September 2026 at 3:10 pm, 312 Montreal Street, Christchurch Central City, Christchurch 8013, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
Taps in the Art Gallery family room burnt my daughters hand. The temperature needs to be turned way down, it's too hot to be safe especially in a room used by children. The water was scalding.
