The reporter’s words
This guys is back for another summer. He arrived on 4 November and hasn’t left. He is clearly breaking the freedom camping rules and he is encouraging others to do the same because he has at least 2 smaller vans than people come and borrow or maybe rent. He makes locals feel uncomfortable walking along the river. He has been doing this for years and we are sick of it!
