neglected area that city gardeners keep missing. street gardeners say its not in their scope and gardeners caring for walnut tree park say its not in their scope. area needs weeding, repaint fencing, new mulch and replanting. the area use to have beautiful tussocks - council removed these tussock plants many years ago and never replaced .it now just grows weeds
