Hazard, vehicle
Reported Tuesday, 29 September 2026 at 1:46 pm, 25 Saint James Avenue, Papanui, Christchurch 8053, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
Private construction workers are parking across my driveway, causing me to be late to appointments and this is just illegal. Also (not pictured however I can provide them) for over a week they’ve been putting out cones across street parking in front of my property obstructing me from parking outside my home. There was no notification or attempt to ask permission/communicate this and wondering what the rules are around that.
