The reporter’s words
The water backs up along the gutter here all the time. It’s been beautiful weather and the rest of the road is free from water except this area. The grass here is very squishy. There is a water meter thing in the ground just next to it so I don’t know if that has something to do with it. Very annoying stepping out of the car and foot going right into the mud when you expect the ground to be dry and hard. Thanks.
