The reporter’s words

Dear Sir/Madam, I've attached some images from my security camera showing a car doing burnouts and wheel spinning. Thia happens quite often, sometimes late at night, disturbing residents. Drivers also often speed along this wide road, so I wonder if speed bumps could be considered. My camera couldnt capture the number plate clearly, but the date and time are recorded. I hope there is an appropriate action can be taken. Thank you for your time and assistance. Kinh regards, Kenny
