The reporter’s words
Today at the Lichfield st parking building one pay machine was broken and the other only taking tap and pay . People were queued and totally inconvenienced . Busy time of year this needs to be sorted ASAP . One poor old lady who could hardly walk was nearly in tears as she didn’t have a chip card
