The reporter’s words
Scooter park next to Margaret mahy playground. It’s really hard for little (and big) kids to know which way they should be going in the one way system of the scooter park. I always seem to watch loads of accidents of kids crashing into each other when going to wrong way. There are a couple of signs up saying one way but not all kids or parents notice them. It definitely needs arrows painted on the coloured lines to show which direction people should go in to stop more accidents. I’ve even watched adults wizzing round the wrong way on Lime scooters colliding with kids and it’s pretty dangerous. Arrows would show which way much better! Thanks!
