Reported Saturday, 18 January 2020 at 1:50 pm, 370 New Brighton Road, Burwood, Christchurch 8083, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
This part of the red zone on new Brighton road is not fenced off with anything. as such we are getting boy racers and motor bikes doing burn outs and driving all over this land on a daily basis. Not only is it illegal to be doing this on this land, it is ruining the area, terrible noise pollution, scarring off native bird life that had started to return , and to all the people driving past witnessing this, making the council look like a joke. Please address with fencing this off asap. Thankyou.
