The reporter’s words
The owner of the Krazy Price Mart has painted (extended) broken yellow lines on the road outside his building. He has done this to prevent cars parking and blocking vehicular access across the footpath on to his property. With much of the street filled with cars awaiting panel repair, the removal of two car parking spaces has had a detrimental impact on traffic movement due to additional congestion.
