Reported Thursday, 30 January 2020 at 2:27 pm, Cass Bay, 8082, Canterbury.
The reporter’s words
Cass Bay Place Reserve has not been cut this summer and long grass is a fire hazard to surrounding houses. Also flax growing over the new steps is a trip hazard and I nearly fell over the other day.
