The reporter’s words

road layout unsafe for cyclists to use properly. speed hump and vegetation plant act as physical obstructions . this reduces the clear line of site and makes it impossible to see past or to the side if vehicles are parked in the way. the attached picture shows a line of bins in the way which were not vissible until 1m away from them at which point is too late for cyclists to do anything. this highlights how unsafe the layout is and the nothin has been done to address this fault to date. given a truck will pull along side the bins maling it harder for passing vehicles. a similar line of a dozen bins occured further up the street where the bin truck operator had lined them all up in the road.
