The reporter’s words
tonight on my way home I was blinded by two bright flashing white lights on two roading trucks ahead of me. Not only are they dangerous because they are blinding but flashing white lights can cause seizures for people. The flashing amber lights on the trucks are fine, you can see them and they do not impair your vision.
