Many years ago when I started using the cycleway between Wright’s Rd and Annex Rd there was a good five wire fence along it between dogs, children, people and 4 lanes of heavy traffic travelling at100kph. Unfortunately this has had NO maintenance and some cars have crashed through it and is now non existent in many places. This is a safety issue that needs to be addressed please.
