Each report dot is the average of the spots reports were
filed from, where reporters stood on Lighthouse Road Akaroa 7520 Canterbury New Zealand, not the
street’s surveyed line. The strong
outline is Akaroa.
Named places within 350 m of a reported pin; the council’s own structure register, bridges, boardwalks and steps standing nearby, the open map’s record.
Each report dot is the average of the spots reports were
filed from, where reporters stood on the street, not the street’s
surveyed line. Register places with a known pin sit on it too.

Then and now

What got reported
Year by year
On the register
Heritage places whose address carries the street’s name,
each links to its page on the register.
In the written record
Schools on it
Schools whose Ministry of Education directory address is
this street, the rating describes the community each draws from, not
how well it teaches.
The green on it
Parks and reserves in Environment Canterbury’s open data named after
this street.
The civic shelf on it
Libraries, halls and the rest whose council open-data
address is this street.
Every street in Christchurch the record names, reported on, on the
heritage register, or a school’s address, ordered by days on
record, because a depot’s same-day pile is a filing pattern and a
street that keeps coming up is a place.
The roll
By days on record, how long a street
has been on the roll, not how loud one burst was.
On the register, not in the feed
streets the heritage register names that no report
has ever filed on, their pages stand on the register alone.
A school’s street, and nothing else
streets the record knows only as a school’s
address, no reports, no register entry.
Only the green knows them
streets named by the parks layers and nothing
else.
The whole roll, by suburb
Every street the record names, filed under the suburb
the reports give it.
