I didn’t end up staying at this motel — I’d double-booked myself and accidentally checked into somewhere else by mistake, and didn’t realise until the day after I was meant to arrive. I contacted them a full day late, fully expecting to be charged for the no-show. Instead, they were completely understanding and didn’t charge me at all. That kind of grace over what was entirely my own mix-up says a lot about how they treat people. I haven’t experienced their rooms or service in person, but based on how they handled this, I’d book with them without hesitation next time.
Lenore Brady, 2 months agoZeta is absolutely lovely, she is very welcoming, knowledgable and helpful. The room was spacious, clean, warm and the beds were very comfortable! The kitchenette was well stocked and there was ample on site parking. Would definitely stay here again!
Chloe Moreland-weir, 3 months agoZeta is wonderful and her cleaning staff are friendly. Will stay again in the future due to a great experience with them. Bus stop just outside the premises. Airport - around 20 mins by bus. Food - 5 mins by bus. Good WiFi and on site parking.
