I had a wonderful stay at the Crowne Plaza in Christchurch. The room was very quiet and clean and I had great sleeps. The view of the mountains in the distance was a bonus. Everyone was nice and efficient. And the location is diagonally across from tram stop 17 and conveniently located for easy walks to great dining and attractions. Very happy and will return.
John Westover, 2 months agoCheck in process was smooth and Ashika who helped us with it was understanding and helpful. The bed and pillows were comfortable. However we couldn’t really understand how the aircon worked as it switched off on its own in the middle of the night. The change in temp made us woke up at least twice. Water pressure was not as high as we would like it to be but it was sufficient to give a decent rinse. The hot water was great though, no wait time required.
Green Kiwi, 4 months agoWe had an excellent stay. We were impressed by the modern rooms. Very quiet, clean and comfortable beds. Great shower. Nice view too. The staff were super friendly as well. My only suggestion would be to add a airport shuttle, but that's me being picky.
