This store is normally excellent. However, on the 28th July I purchased 2 pairs of longjohns on a 2 for 1 deal but they only had 1 pr in stock. The assistant said they would email me when the second pr arrived. I waited for at least a week and called the store. The assistant said they could not find my order and I had to call customer support. The guy said he couldn’t find the order and I needed to supply a photo of the receipt, which I did. He said their forensics team would investigate. My complaint is why do I need to prove I paid for this item. The shop should honour the sale.

Sergio, 3 months agoAmazing & welcoming staff! I was having a terrible day when I came in, I don't remember the name of the staff member who served me, but she was happy, friendly & helped me get a better deal on my purchases! The interaction boosted my mood a lot. Also, i love my jacket! Thanks!
