The reporter’s words

Hi, not sure if this car is illegally parked as it looks like it's on the pavement. The issue is the car is in the middle of the parking bay, close to the road. it's often left there for several days. when it's like this other cars park either in front or behind also close to the road. This has resulted with a car being towed today as it was very close to a driveway and obstructing vision for cars coming out from a couple of driveways. I'd appreciate your opinion. Thank you.
