The reporter’s words

All street lights seem to be out in Ely Street, I haven't checked; n the section near Salisbury St but the Madras St end has no street lighting making ng it quite unsafe. Not sure but think they may have gone out in the storm on Tuesday night. Needs to be sorted urgently. Thank you.
