The reporter’s words

The berm at 28 Park Terrace, City, has had a leaking toby box for a couple of months. There is a cone on it but that won't be enough to stop the cars bogging on New Years eve. By 11:30pm on the 31st it will be chaos. Traffic management will be needed for the berm and driveways (28 & 34). They come about 11:30, men women and children, for the fireworks. You can't move them on as they make out that they don't understand English (yeah, right!). Dozens of cars. The berm will be stuffed. I am not going to fix it. I am over it.
