Hi. I have long been intrigued by the section of garden opposite number 44 Ruskin Street, next to the little park in Addington. It has very little in the way of plants and is mostly full of weeds. Sometimes the weeds seem to be sprayed and sometimes they are mowed with a weed eater but nevertheless the garden always looks awful. Would it be possible to remove the weeds properly and do some planting in the garden? Maybe a bit of bark might help as well. I am very confident that the garden wouldn't have been left the way it is for so long if it were in a posher suburb. Thanks!
