The reporter’s words

Culvit between number 7 and 11 Francis avenue was overflowing. This end of the street was flooded and cars driving thru made it even worse. I contacted fire service, who contacted council but road was not officially closed. Flooding caused damage to multiple garages (no. 14, 16…) and would have entered my new garage if not for sand bags.
