I don’t have any photos sorry but I was using an e scooter this morning coming down Worcester, just by where the work site entrance is for the art gallery. The fence there seems to have crept more and more into the footpath area over time. The foot path was completely blocked by a large delivery truck, the driver had moved his vehicle onto the footpath. He was in the vehicle at the time. My shoulder hit his mirror which displeased the driver and he complained to me, I responded that he was illegally parked and he was adamant that as he was doing a delivery it was ok to be stopped on the footpath. Was he right or was I right? Either way this is not the first time that area has a large truck blocking it, so can you please have your officers check the area more regularly, especially early in the morning, and also confirm the due fence is in an permitted position?
