The reporter’s words
These are photos from the corner of St Andrews Hill and Main Road. You can't see the plants because of all the weeds. I am sick of the Council planting plants out this way and not having maintenance done on them. Then when people complain about it the Council send out people to weed it and usually the workers either cut the weeds off at the ground( not doing it properly) or they take everything out and replant new plants. It is a total waste of time and waste of money. Why not plant lots of plants close together so weeds don't grow and when they are developed and over crowded then transplant some of them in other places.
