Outside bus interchange Lichfield st. As usual there is rubbish everywhere. This area never gets cleaned or swept. Not once in 7 months have I seen the footpath cleaned. This is where the Intercity buses arrive and depart from, so many tourists use this area. I get tired of apologizing for the mess. I am happy to talk to someone about this.
