The reporter’s words

Kia ora, really aware this is down time for your staff but wanted to get in early w this concern/complaint, which I know you'll want to know about. New Ilam Rd cycleway finished just b4 Xmas - but hugely substandard. The part by the medical centre entrance needs someone to come out and assess. The actual entrance is now unworkable but the asphalt work is unbelievable. I will email also - but someone does need to come out and assess... photos dont tell the whole story. This part (by the entrance) will need redoing - im certain. Sorry to give bad news. :(
