The reporter’s words
Today when I was driving into the Ilam Medical Centre I noticed the concrete pieces over the gutters have been narrowed to allow for the cycle lane. This has created a large dip that could damage a car if a tyre fell in the gap. It didn’t used to be like this and is now a potential hazard- especially for the many elderly people using the centre. It was already difficult to enter the car park slowly enough to enter safety without slowing the other traffic too much, now it is worse and dangerous.
