The reporter’s words

There are at least 7 dead pigeons on the gravel & grass in the Te Pae Convention Centre reserve, between Te Pae & Cathedral Sq that is being demolished. They are all in one area, right where people walk through & lunch at the reserve. It’s bizarre that they are all in one place and it is quite disturbing, with lots of people stopping to take photos of them and look at them. I told convention centre staff, but it’s ‘not their job’ apparently. They need removing asap.
