Hello, today while walking my dog and baby around Hagley Park, I noticed a knife/tool (refer to photo) that had been discarded on the grass. I would hate for someone to either stumble upon it and hurt themselves ie a child, or for someone to find it and potentially harm another person with it. I’m not sure what the object is exactly, but it does have a blade which is concerning. I wasn’t comfortable walking it back to my car, and tried to seek out council staff to advise them but had no luck.
