The reporter’s words

Once again, people attending the rugby at Edgar Macintosh Park fail to observe the parking rules in Condell Avenue. It's supposed to be no parking on a Saturday. Drivers have akso parked on thr berm and on the grassed areas outside the park. We got the parking wardens out here last weekend to ticket cars. It doesn't seem to make any difference. Maybe it's time to revisit the restrictions and upgrade the rules.
