The northern side of Kilmore st near the corner with Bangor st. Unfortunately this spot has been flooding since we moved here in 2015. The drains appear to be blocked possibly? The flooding is about 2-3m out from the curb into the road. This area floods quickly even with small amounts of rain. Thanks for your help
