The reporter’s words
This camper van has been parked out here for over a week. It has been making it very difficult to get out of the driveway as they also periodically leave their regular car behind it which blocks a lot of the view of the road. I also believe they are living in the van next to the stream to avoid detection. The licence plate is ACR135. From my understanding camper vans are not to be parked on residential streets for over 7 days.
