The reporter’s words

Hi there beside the Lampost there is a fire hydrant underneath a plywood cover. If this hydrant is operative can a sign be put on the Lampost so that it is obvious to firefighters? I'm pretty sure this was used a number of years ago to fill monsoon buckets on a helicopter but not many people would know that it is there ??
