Rubbish and Bins - General
Reported Sunday, 25 August 2024 at 12:10 pm, 3 Rue Noyer, Banks Peninsula, Akaroa 7520, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
These bins belong to non-residents properties up Walnut Lane and are never taken back. Rain water coming down the lane gets diverted from the storm water channel, (blocked by bins), and spreads over road as can be seen in photo. When flooding happens the water volume can go onto nearby properties instead down the drain.
