The reporter’s words

I see this is a work in progress (looks like a clay tile drain has failed). However, it has been like this for many weeks now with no recent work done. Can this work please be completed as the water on the shared path is a hazard. Someone biking, could move to the side to pass and have their bike tyre sink in the soft ground. After dark it may not be obvious the ground is soft.
