There is no water available to the toilets. Toilet’s therefore inoperable. Rumour has it that the new build property has sunk a well and is lowering the water table and therefore the spring supplying water to the toilets has dried up. Has the new house got consent to extract water? Please deal quickly public health & pollution issue. Thanks.
