Unsafe Temporary Traffic Management Cyclist detour route through Hagley Park directs cyclists along a shared path blocked by a roadworks sign. As cyclists will approach this from behind, its lack of colour and visibility is likely to be hazardous, especially when dark. TTM contractor: Whites TM
