Reported Tuesday, 25 February 2025 at 10:57 am, 14 Riccarton Avenue, Christchurch Central City, Christchurch 8011, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
Blocked Footpath Footpath alongside Botanical Gardens access road is still blocked by temporary fences from the Electric Avenue festival (see Ticket #1314754). Not sure why it would still be there three days after the festival ended? Seems like Council Parks and Events staff couldn’t care about the safety of residents (who pay their salaries!) nor about access to public facilities. Sad.
