The Vape shop has had concrete blocks on the footpath outside it for over a year now, and they are obstructing the footpath for other users as they take up half the footpath width. I have had constituents get in touch with me about these not being compliant, and asking whether the business can be required by council to install compliant bollards like other stores do.
