The two blocks are positioned on the footpath and obstruct nearly half of its width outside Alex’s Vape Store at 97 Main North Road. They are creating a potential hazard—particularly in situations where two members of the public, one with a pram and the other using a walking frame, are attempting to pass each other along that section of the footpath If one had to step onto the cycle lane.
